A.一下工作需要时间
1, once you found a property, you should pay a holding deposit ( normally £500-will deduct when sign the contract or 100% refund if rejected).
2, once taken the holding deposit, agent will report to the Landlord your tenant strength ( Length, head term, your occupation).
3, if agreed, Landlord will put it in writing to confirm and you will be informed .
4, the next step is Property Risk check ( need your prevous address in UK, International student may have to pay 6 months inadvance or provide a UK base Gurantor)
5, a breakdown sheet ( how the rent and initial deposit should be paid) will forward to you to sign.
6, your ID, pay slip or bank statement required and contract will be preparing for you to sign.
7, the payment should be done before you moving in day-normally 1 months rent + 6 weeks rent demage deposit (will go to the Tenancy Protection Scheme Account) normally applied.
8, Agent will arrange a EPC certificate and Gas Certificate and Inventry check ( at Landlord's cost)
9, once all cleared, you will come to pick the key.
