3 我可以用自己住的房子作为注册的office 吗？这样是不是council tax 会不一样呢？还有什么利弊呢？

Table A is the standard company document, which mean you need 2 directors to form the company.

If you only have one director, you have to use table a with modification. no real advantage or disadvantage

2. Companies House (the official registration department) is in cardiff, so date at cardiff.

3. registered office has no link to council tax. but it would mean your home address is available to the public, and you will get a lot of unsolicited junk mail. usually when you get an accountant, some will let you use their address for registered address for free. but some will charge.
