只要你觉得工资/发展机会各方面还不错的话，也没什么不值得
我还知道好多DPhil找不到工作呢
这边和国内不太一样，如果你没有工作经验的话，想不找entry level的工作，也不是非常容易的事情。而且拿到博士的，一般也会被认为是技术性人才，不太容易到管理层

我也想弄清这个问题
好像也有phd 一毕业就弄到很高的 grade, 据我所知他们也没有工作经验啊。
I have the same question. I have two offers in engineering industries. One is graduate training program, and work seems more practical. The other is non-entry level engineer with higher salary, and work scope is numerical modelling (mathch with my PhD stuff). I am not sure which is better. From the point of caree development, I am wondering whether there are many opportunities for numerical modelling in the industry. Maybe I will choose to join the first one (graduate training program). Any suggestions? Thanks.

是啊。我也有同感。另外数值模拟的工作和实际设计的工作相比，那个更好啊？

有什么不值？值不值都是相对的。 你还有其他更好的选择没？ 如果有， 那就不值。 否则当然值。
