5、What is the worst situation you have faced outside work?
6、What have you failed to achieve to date?
先整这几个吧,谢谢了。急盼中
first let us have your best answers.
that's one thing you should learn before entering the business world: if you don't give, you won't get. and usually it is a case of first give and then you will get.
Although I am not sure what I answered is appriate or not, I first try to give my answers, just as Yoda said.
1. What have you learned from your mistakes?
I will give one example of competitor analysis that I missed the deadline because I tried to mine the data although it is limited. Boss told me don't plunge the data mining too much, and a better method you just had is enough. Then I completed the work in the way of boss utilizing several very simple ratios.
From this mistake I learned that don't focus on the detail too much to lose the big picture.
2.What action would you take if you disagreed with a decision of a superior?
Firstly, I will try to understand what the supervisor think. If I still insist I am right, I will discuss the ideas with the supervisor in more detail. Finally, make sure which way may go, his or mine.
Then take action.
3.What kind of decision do you find most difficult?
Dicision based on not enough info is most difficult. You have not much confidence what you decided is right or not.
4.How have you coped when your work has been criticised?
It is similar with Q2. Discuss with the boss and take action.
5.What is the worst situation you have faced outside work?
Definitely, I could not answer that.
6.What have you failed to achieve to date?
I have 2 ways to answer the question, I am not sure which is better:
A: Give an example about past failures of one project, but which is not relevant to the requirement of the position.
B: As a team leader, I could not retain one of the members. Because he will go to Canada for further study.
