要去接人

也许有吧，不过不知道要走多远才能到机场。估计半个小时路程以内时没有免费停车场了。

既然接人就停在停车场里好了。

there should be a short period car park... in some airport, the first 30 mins free such as stansted. but in Gatwick, it will charge you from the beginning. or you can pick up your pessenger directly from the pick up zone(no parking).

it will be quite hard to find a free parking space, the pick up/drop off point is very strict at the moment for anti-terr reasons.

附近有个麦当劳, 可以免费停车的. 可以去喝杯饮料, 慢慢等...

不过, 去机场,还是要再开车过去的.

我记得short park2个小时也就才6镑，不贵，没必要也很少能找到免费的p.

有个提议，不知行不行，如果知道半小时内就会离开，就在机场离开来开去，就当熟悉地形了，估计油钱跟停车费也差不多了。

实在不行就停个地铁站边上,然后坐tub去机场.这样或许能省不少。

就停在停车场有什么关系，算来算去也差不了多少钱？

如果飞机晚点，在加上出关的手续，得2,3个小时了

还是花钱停车吧！ 只要你时间安排得好，也花不了多少钱的。

exactly. but once upon a time, i went to stansted to pick up my colleague. her flight was more than 2 hours late, i paid more than 10 quids. later around, i will not enter the car park unless she has called me to confirm her flight has arrived... alwasy done in 30 mins which is free.
