£240ppcm plus bond for each double room. All the bills are not included. They will be shared by the tenants at a reasonable rate. To be let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Ideally we're looking for someone who will be tidy non-smoker and fit in well with our personalities; should be reliable with rent and bills.
