大家好！我国内一个朋友找我帮忙帮他查欧洲的公路隧道设计规范，我记得书店好像没这方面的书，不知道在哪里可以查到相关的资料。他们公司在阿尔及利亚（非洲）接了个项目，目前在前期准备阶段。不知道有没有欧洲统一的公路隧道设计规范？还有这些规范能用在阿尔及利亚吗？我觉得应该差异还挺大的。不知道做这一行的朋友们怎么看？谢谢了！

check DMRB, i.e. Design Manual for Road and Bridges. This is the "design codes" for highways and transportation in the UK. Your friend should check their bidding documents to see what standards their client have specified!
