i live close to this area,it;s nice and safe,very good shopping centre, there is a Debenham and Odeon cinema,and it's famous of its great schools,only drawback is transportation, it's slower than from ROMFORD to central London. if you are moving there for starting a family,it's a great choice.

thanks. we have to be around the station as we dont have car at moment. Sutton seems not much choice for one bed flat and the Romford has more choices and found a new private flat on the top floor. so difficult to find nice place
