Tony 非常可靠，多谢了！

Tony helped me moving on 17 September. (I am Charlie, you must still have some impression of me). I am very satisfied with his service. Actually, I left my hat on his van and he even called me the next day for that! After having seen so many dirty stories, I am quite touched by his warmth and professionalism. So, as agreed, I come and register here, simply to post this feedback for him. Tony, sorry for the delay in doing this, I've got lots of stuffs to deal with after the moving.

事情是这样的：
我上个月开车被别人撞了，那是我第一次遇到交通事故，虽然是对方全责，虽然我当时记下了对方的联系方式（交规里面学的，哈哈），但是接下来该怎么办完全一无所知。最要命的是，我开始想得太简单，已为别人全责事情就会很快解决，没想到被双方保险公司当皮球一样踢来踢去，打了两天电话没有什么进展。当时的心情可以说坏到了极点。
无奈之下只好上论坛问问过来人该怎么办，虽然热心人很多，支着的不少，但是Tony居然——也是唯一一个——把他的手机号留给了我的人，让我可以随时ask for help。这对于我这个第一次遇到这种情况的人来说简直就是救命稻草，感激之情难以言表！
他一步一步告诉了我一般该怎么做，还介绍了一些相关的可以提供帮助的公司地联系方式。直到最后修好车，他一直都很关心事情发展。

我想说的是，我虽然没有在搬家方面跟楼主打过交道，但是从这件事可以明确地感受到他的热心与负责——从他给我建议的通话中也可以感觉到，Tony的确是一个不轻易说过头话很负责任的人。这样的好人如果将来打交道，有什么不放心的呢？跟人打交道最在意的就是对方的人品，不是么？

写下这些只是向Tony表达我诚挚的感谢，绝非虚假广告，如假包换！哈哈

Finally seen legendary Tony and tried his moving-home service. There are some comments I got to make:

1 Tony is a gentleman, he might be very thoughtful because of his manner;

2 Tony has got marvelous sight, there are no worries about driving in the dark;

3 Tony is proud of his every single vehicle, he might not give u more discount when they are praised, but u are strongly adviced no to ignore them;

4 His moving-home service is just about springlike--if u know what I mean feel like this business is on its way;

5 In the end, I must say that Tony does appropriately smile at his customers --- with his dimple BTW I only noticed one, how many have u got, Tony?
