there is no need to get angry here. emotional statements usually deviate from the intended.

you state that i misinterpreted your claim, to be best or better at service. ok let's see how i arrived at my claim.
you stated that you are 竞争ing fairly or being competitive in the category of service. by including '竞争' and 'competitive' you are drawing comparisons with others. without saying in so many words, you have been implying that your services are better that others, if not best.
(i see that you have already changed your signature, and removed the word 竞争.)
perhaps i am jumping to conclusions, but thank you for your clarification that
you are simply trying your best, and you do not claim to be better than anyone else.
by the way, we are all trying our best at providing people answers, so that is no longer a differentiating factor.
