有个人在一个礼拜前bid了我的手机，他当时付给paypal时echeque,当时paypal写信告诉我再payment没有clear之前不要寄任何东西，我当然是不会寄的了。现在这个人天天催我，说是我选择的echeque,不是他的问题，真是奇了怪了。
现在已经7天过去了，我可不可以report unpaid item,然后呢？我怕这个人真的去ebay,paypal告我，另外我也怕他给我留不好的feedback.那可怎么办呢？明明是他的钱到不了，怎么怪我呢？

说实话，我倒不怕他去paypal告我，因为paypal和我说了，不要寄任何东西unless他的钱clear.
现在我就怕他给我留不好的feedback,因为本来我就是新人，feedback不多的，5555555555

yes you can report him/her for that and then relist the item
you can always fight for your reputation by replying a neg if he/she is thick enough to leave one
most ebay sellers hate non-payers; don't worry

i already paid on 8th of this month.but seller still not send me the mobile.
also seller using
eCheque method.that's also seller's fault.
i already contact the paypal about them.and paypal said
that seller's fault to select this method.

刚才我report了unpaid item,他回我的。奇怪了，我怎么会选echeque呢？这是我能选的吗？我其他的buyer都是马上到帐的呀。再说我只是提供paypal账户，至于钱是什么方式汇给我，应该不是我能选择的吧。
我估计要么他是个骗子。想证实一下。

an eCheque is a cheque anyway so it usually takes 10 days to clear an echeque--or paypal will find it s a void one. unfortunately most eCheques prove void:(

actually all the information is included in the email sent to you by paypal like "it takes 10 days to clear blabla...don't send the item before the eCheque is cleared blabla"
just copy what paypal said and send him an email. he will understand if he IS a serious buyer.

我感觉那个人不是个serious buyer,他老是强调这是我的错，是我选择了echeque,实际上这肯定不是我的选择，另外paypal怎么会和他说是我的fault呢？我就觉得很奇怪了。

好象选择接受paypal就缺省选择接受eCheque了

一旦eCheque被clear,paypal会给你发信确认的
或者你经常查查有没有入帐
你如果还没有收到这笔钱,就跟他直说咯,如果eCheque已经被clear他应该有凭证,口说无凭
我不相信paypal会对他说"卖家错在不该选择接受eCheque",见他的大头鬼! 跟他说it's nobody's fault. you wrote me an eCheque, which has not been cleared so both of us have to wait for a few days. simple like that.

他自己帐户里不够钱只好用eCheque能怪谁！你肯定还接受其他付款方式比如instant paypal，他自己不选那个能怪谁！估计想胡搅蛮缠骗得你先发货，别上当！
