没时间搭理可以申请ＤＯＲＭＡＴ的，不一定一定要注销．等有机会自己卖给别人还能收回点本钱呢，呵呵．

具体去ＣＯＭＰＡＮＩＥＳ　ＨＯＵＳＥ查查吧，写的很清楚．

可以向楼上说的，keep it domain. wouldn't cost much, only need to file once a year at companies house.

or 可以download Voluntary strike off form from companies house website,
fill this form and send with a cheque 10 pounds, maybe increased now.
it takes about 3 month to complete whole procedure.
