格拉斯哥大学学生宿舍，WINTON DRIVE 的单间，安静，环境好。单间内有自己的basin，有互联网＆个人的固定电话。厨房＆卫生间＆shower与4个人共享。有洗衣机，烘干机，两个冰箱，空间足够一个flat的所有人共用。走路到学校需要15－20分钟。床上用品齐全干净。公共空间每周都有专人打扫。
转租价格：280 pounds/月, 包bills，网络费用也包括在内。只用交住宿费就可以了。（学校住宿处原价大概合：314pounds/月。）

One room available in winton drive.Located in a very quite and posh area, have own washing basin in the room ,internet and own telephone.15 minutes to walk to the university. Washing machine ,drier and kitchen are offered. Bed lining, pillows and quilt are offered, too. Public area will be cleaned once a week by the university cleaners. ￡280/month including bills, internet is covered. (old rent: ￡314/month ￡34/month lower)
