如果你觉得以后利率要涨而且涨幅比较大，就选fixed，如果觉得利率不变或者降，就选discount/tracker。我们就选的tracker，所以你并不孤独，呵呵~

the choice between fixed and discount depend on your circumstances and whether you are concerned by future interest rate movement. If you are first time buyer I suggest you go with fix, so you know the exact amount you need to set aside each month. The market is also suggesting that base rate will rise to 5.00% next month so take that into account also.
