国内有产权证什么的. 英国能证明房子是你的的证据是什么文件呢?
我好象没有收到很官方的文件啊, 就两张A4纸的LAND REGISTRY. 而且还是复印件
大家拿到是什么啊?

没人知道? 很多人都买房了啊, 难道和我一样糊涂?

That is it. The LAND REGISTRY is the confirmation of your ownership. it doesn't matter if it is a copy or the original. The record in the LAND REGISTRY is the final.

Once you pay off your mortgage, you will get all original documents.
上 http://www.landregisteronline.gov.uk 查了一下自己的地址，有四个文件可以购买下载。
Title register £3.00
Title plan £3.00
Deed (1 Jun 1983) £5.00
Lease (Undated) £10.00
请问那一个是有名字的（我们是leasehold 的flat ）？父母签证用。谢谢。

it';s the paper from land registry and if you are still paying mortgage the house is under the joint names of the bank lending you money and you; it will change after you pay off your mortgage and you then own the property outright.

The deed is the piece of paper you would need to get to prove it is your house. You will not get until you pay off the mortgage. My British friend told me that you need to save your deed in a bank in order to secure it once you get it.
