问一下，学术签证一般只可以打20小时每周的工，如果超时的话怎么办呢？

我的学业已经结束了，就是还没参加毕业典礼，不过也快了，签证还是学生签证，如果打工多的话，超过了20小时每周要紧吗？

我又碰到个问题，本想通过中介REED找工作，接待我的人死活不确信我的StudentVisa可以做超过20小时一周的full time，要我打电话去homeoffice索要文件证明。

有哪个高人能提供这样的文件的链接呢？ 我想打印下来。不是我懒啊，刚才看了好久，实在找不到，急。

而且下周初有个公司也要我带上能证明student visa可以做full time的文件。我已经毕业了，按照论坛里的信息是可以做full time，学生签证还有5个月才到期，还不想这么快办SEGS。请高人帮帮忙~~

23. Students will normally have a stamp in their passports stating that they cannot work “without the consent of the Secretary of State for the Home Department”.




24. However, students studying at UK institutions, who are not nationals of an EEA country, can work subject to certain conditions. Neither you nor the student needs to obtain permission for this.


25. The conditions covering the hours and type of work the student may do are:


(a) they must not work for more than 20 hours per week during term time except where the placement is a necessary part of their studies and with the agreement of the education institution.
