解释一下：

现在的法律说是拥有一辆车停在还是开在路上，车主必须：
1. be registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)
2. have a valid vehicle tax disc
3. hold a current test certificate (if this is required)

驾车上路你必须（可以不是车主，也可以是车主）：
1. hold the appropriate driving licence for the vehicle being driven
2. meet driver minimum age requirements
3. meet the legal eyesight standards

这里面没有说车主必须有保险，因为车主不开车就不用买保险。

上面帖子说了，也是我今天查的，英国准备立法，如果议会通过，车主必须买保险，不然违法。

车主未必是驾驶员，所以不用强制买保险。
我有一个朋友，女的。家里有钱，她买了车但是给男朋友开，是男朋友上的保险，一点问题都没有。

我过去也不知道着方法。

去年买个车，我准备开的，准备把我当时的车给我老婆。这新买的车不想又放到我的名下，就放到我老婆的名下了，当时前车主买的路税还剩几乎一年。

这个时候我自己发现这样我开这个新买的车是有保险的。不是十分确认，就查查我的保险条文（我自己查的，为什么不电话问我下面再说），还是可以。DVLA法律上查也可以。又到Google上查查，发现这是一个很著名的漏洞，警察没有办法处罚，不错。

我个人不太喜欢电话问前台的人。因为同样的问题，我经常得到不同的答案。我“本事大”，能查自己查。

问个问题。如果我把车放在我老婆的名下，而我自己给这车上保险，到时候，我可以用我的保险和mot在网上买路税吗？ 或者我可以到postoffice买吗？
