先给你的保险公司打电话，看看cover否。如果cover,他们会找几个公司让你选一个询价，然后他们就会来修的。

不cover你就得找专业的人来装了吧。自己怎么弄我还真不知道。

The glass (called sealed unit) need to be replaced. There are 4 beadings (plastic strips) covering the sealed unit. You need to remove them first then measure up the size of the sealed unit. However, I don't think it is a DIY job. I would strongly advise to check your home insurance as it is should be covered. Good luck!

I would tell the landlord now as if you leave it too late the insurance company might reject the claim. Usually you will need to pay the excess (about £100). Or you can call the local glaze people to give you a quote (look up from Yellow page). Depends on the size, it should cost about £100 - £200.
