虽然是自己的房子,但如果以后要买的话,会不会因为不合他们的standard,而有问题呢?比如我好像听说不能把gas cooker装在一个没有窗户的房间.

所有房间(除了小卧室) 拍灰，抹平墙壁，刷漆
所有房间，加木地板，墙线
安装厨房，并安瓷砖
厕所全铺瓷砖，杂物间改淋浴室，用一个排柜遮盖水管，安装浴缸，等

基本上就是这些

如果是我自己干，时间上不说，不可能达到这个质量
