毕竟3个多月没去看过了，问题是vendor还没搬走，会不会也看不出所以然阿-, -+ 有够烦人。有什么方法能解决么？我怕给了钱之后发现问题就来不及了= =|||可恶的欧巴桑啊！本来律师都订好了26号completion,结果他说他搬不出来，又让人多等俩星期啊！早干嘛来的~我本来都订了回国的票了。害的我改日子，气死 。

还有contract exchanged那天，需要缴所有的钱还是只是deposit啊？晕死= =|||

you only need to pay deposit on the day of exhange contract and pay the rest on completion. I would check it up again before the exchange to make sure everything is still in order.

再问下偷着乐， exchange contract和COMPLETION都有几个PAPER需要签字哇？还需要注意些什么吗？

Usually you will need to sign all papers before the the Exchange contract. They are including,
Agreement to instruct the solicitor
Aceptance of mortgage offer
Purchase Contract
Mortgage deed
lease agreement (Leasehold property)
Land registry document
There maybe some other documents to be signed depending on each individual case.

You should insure the property from the day of the contract exchanged. There isn't very much you need to do before the completion apart from preparing the moving.

The solicitor will give you a list of fixture & fittings stating what is going to be left in the house before exchange contract.

To expedite matters , you can consider writing your solicitor an authorization letter to authorize your solicitor to sign some document for you.

If the contract has been exchanged you need to sort out the building insurance right away. Your mortgage lander will need this before they release the advance. But if it is cash buy then you can deal with it later and wish there isn't a storm coming.
There are plenty of home insurance providers around. Buying building and contents will get a better deal. Pick one of big names sould be OK. They are just brokers.
