用了direct line的保险快两年了,最近因为换了地址,给我寄了新的certificate,发现:

先前的保险的certificate上面的driving other car一项是:please note that this certificate does not entitle you to drive any other car.

现在给我新寄过来的certificate上面的driving other car一项是:please remember that cover for driving other cars is limited to third oarty only.you will not be covered for any loss or damage to the car you are driving.

还有一项是说我可以驾驶别人的车,要在车主同意的情况下.

那就是说,现在我可以用我的保险驾驶别的车,但是只是三保而已,现在迷糊的是,我改地址的时候,也没用要求说我需要驾驶别的车,就只是仅仅改了地址而已,为什么现在给我的certificate允许我驾驶别的车?这是保险超过一年多以后,direct line默认的允许还是什么原因?请有经验的说说,谢谢

I am with Direct Line too. It is 1st year I have motor insurance. My policy is for third party only but I still got the cover for driving other's cars with consent of the owner and, of course, for third party only. BTW, the policy is valid from Last August.

按照这个25岁的说法,请问leaner,你是不是超过了25岁?
但是又不太成立,我的保险是去年8月自动renew的,那个时候我也超过25岁了,但是那个时候给我寄过来的保险单上面说明了我不能驾驶别的车,这次改了地址,寄过来的保险单就说明我可以驾驶别的车.

还有一个问题,我的名下加了第二个driver,那么这个driver会不会也累计NCD?

I was over 25 when I took their policy. I also noticed that Direct Line does offer no claim discount to 2nd named driver.
