which is recommended, which is crap...and so on.
i would start first.

for me, mondeo is a nice car to start with. nice handling, comfortable and spacious interior. huge boot. but very high fuel comsumption, (maybe its because my mondeo is an old banger.... hahaha)---- very cheap to buy ....... for £1000 you can get a T reg mondeo nowadays.

vauxhall vectra ............. speechless ............. powerful car, but has loads of problem( maybe its just mine).
dont really enjoy the time when i had the car, oil leaks, suspension problem, remote not working, and it ends up in the scrapyard because of the timing belt. and its only 3 months after i did the full service and passed the mot for it. ((((( what a lame ..............................................


now .. peugeot 607, well ............. cant complain too much about. .......... like toad said, 2293cc .....petrol, ....cost a fortune to fill up the tank and more frequent............................... agagagaga .........
generally, i enjoy this car very much , at least for now ..................

this is my favourite one, which my first time feeling so much sporty as a car made by mercedes benz.

Deviation... talking about my parents - they have only bycicles.

Verctra - lots of my friend complained on this model. One of them blew up the engine of a Vectra on M1 a few years ago. Some said it is not even as good as old Cavalier (maybe spell like this). They all meant the previous model. No idea how the new model is.

The E-reg Gold I had, it was a really really old car and has done 180k when I got it. So I didnt expect very much from it. However, it did pretty good I have done all the service myself. However, I did spend some money replace things like CV joint. But for a car of this age it is quite reasonable. Finally, the body is rather rusty and would not pass MOT. It is then scraped.

The Skoda Felicia I had was reliable and cheap to maintenance as well. When I bought it, the temperature sensor failed cost 150 pounds to replace. Afterwards it was pretty good, until I noticed there was some problem probably in gear box. Then I trade it in and got the Fabia 1.4. Again I serviced this car all myself.

Both Fabias - since they are quite new, they have no problem what so ever (touch wood).

Next car, looking froward to get a Estate (possibly Octavia/Scout) once we have a baby...

51 Ford mondeo zetet, 2.0 until now

yow yow , i went to the garage with the intention to choose among Ford mondeo 54 plate, vectra Elite 53 plate, toyota avensis 53 plate.
then i spotted this beast which is quite rare to be seen on road, peugeot 607. i fall in love with the car straight away, spend an hour there to have a closer look at the beast, ask for freebies, extra for the car. the garage gave me 1 year full warranty, full new MOT, 6 months tax,i said ............ok ....i will think about it ............. went back home, did some research about the car, insurance group. blablablabla,,, review of people about this car. then cant sleep for one night, the car keeps on flashing through my mind .................. gosh ................ then went to the garage straight away when the garage is opened. book the deal, then when i want to drive the car away, the garage said. NONONONO!, we will take the car to have a new MOT and full service for you. then you can have it................... out of a sudden, it failed the MOT !!!!!!! gosh .......... get the failure report back, and it states, rear number plate bulk needs replacing, and 2 rear tyres need replacing. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH, so i got 2 new tyres free of charge !!! hahahahahah

NEVER say your car is very good!!!! even touching wood...

the bloody starter motor on my Fabia failed this everning ....

so .... how is your ...."CRAP" car now ?

no time to play with it, coz yesterday it was dark when I found this.....
Need to check connections, otherwise I might need to try the old trick on the starter motor, which is tapping it with a hammer.

The last thing I want is to replace it....

1。Vauxhall Nova, J reg : 又听说过这车的么？很老很老。可什么麻烦都没有，任劳任怨，直到被该死的小偷撬了，放弃。
2。Honda Civic, reg 不记得了。开起来很好，不过，铁皮真的很薄，轻轻地小碰一下就一坑。最后被人不算重的撞废了。真的是不算重，撞我的宝马连印子都没有。
3。Vauxhall Corsa， T reg：因为第一辆车的印象非常好，所以就买了它，麻烦数不清，耗钱无数，光上这里都求救了好多次了。现在总算废了。

Yesterday I finally had a chance to look at it. It turns out te be a bad connection on the starter motor terminal. So I got it fixed without spending a penny .

It is alwasy like a desaster when you car broke down...

the only car I have been driving in the UK.

very nice car, can't complain about anything apart from being a bit slow (with only a 1.4 engine)

The best thing about it is the huge integior space (for its size), and really low runing cost (I went to london yesterday and it managed to get 53mpg for the whole jouney, mostly motor way though). Haven't seen any petrol car with the same size of engine can get better mpg.

As for the next car...
It would definitely be a Civic Type-R or Golf GTI...

hhahaha .....powervc, remember i told you that my 607 gives me 30-35 MPG ? hahahah .......gosh .. i just realised that its the motormay MPG !!!!!! i am getting around 20 to 22 MPG only for my city driving pattern!!!!!!!!!! what !!!!!!
