银行送了个BASIC 的VALUATION，REPORT 也出来了。看了看真的很简单。这中REPORT我都做得来，全是肉眼能看得到的东西。听说做这中VALUATION的人都是不怎么负责任的。请问我还要请个SURVEYOR去看看吗？房龄6年。如果要请，要查点什么呢？

I did one. And I did not do any further comprehensive survey & valuation.

But what I bought is a flat, which was built in 2002. I think it is reasonably new, so I think it is no problem.
