如果不算上利息得到的利息（不算利滚利），75年存1万，现在是3万8。

这就复杂了，单单用平均值就算不出来了。
先问问75年1万元等于现在的多少钱？
再问问75年1万元能买到什么样的房子？

初步算了一下，如果按照上面的利率表，10000元如果从1975年存到1990年，将会变为78500元。

JP, you missed my point. if I want to live in history I would better hope for a time machine, then I would better hope for only two days rollback before lotto drawing kicks off.
The point I was making is 'Is is wise to put your money in saving?' comment on '谁在75年存上1万块现在该有多少啊?'
There is real value of the money and there is growth on wealth. Then 10k maybe equivalent to 80k nowadays in buying power.
It is no point to live in the history, it is a good point to listen to and learn from the history.
从图表上看，今后几年内利率降低的可能性不大了。毕竟通货膨胀率是有周期的。看样子养房子会更吃力了。

如果这是金融专家的结论，那可真是一个令人沮丧的消息阿。
只是miumiu在前一个帖子里面已经指出，97年前央行隶属执政党的时候，利率很不稳定。
97年后央行独立10年以来，利率还从来没有达到过7，
所以现在的情况似乎不能直接和从前的情况简单比照。
