I have two rooms available in a 3-bed house. I am looking for two students, so that we don't need to pay council tax
Two single students to take up these two rooms from 1st August 2007 till 30th June 2008, actually, one room can be available from 1st July 2007. The rent is 250 pounds per month,not including any bills. Or 300 pounds per month including all bills.
The house is located on Flora Street, near Cathays Terrace, quite a nice area, convenient shops and close to Cathays Campus. Most important:
1. The house is brand new, with all new furnitures.
2. Bathroom and kitchen are all beautiful and big; Also, the rooms are all like double rooms.
3. There is a very nice garden. I promise you will love this house when you see it!!!
4. And you will be staying with mature, friendly and responsible housemate(s).
5. Sorry, I have to mention that you have to be very clean, tidy and responsible for others to be qualified to stay in this house. It is really quite a beautiful house and since it is all new, I want to try my best to make it a comfortable home, a home with friendliness and laughters. I promise I am quite a responsible person. I will keep the house very clean and tidy. And I am a Phd student. Most of the time, I will be studying. I won't make any loud noise.
