是不是说我下了offer就要联系conveyancer了？我在halifax上看到的报价的540磅。这个价格是说一次的价格还是说整个买房的价格，就是说我下了offer后如果这个交易没有成功，又要重新看房然后下offer，这个价格包不包括第二次的交易？

还有讨价还价时候的价格传递者是卖方的agent，价格确定后，和买方确定相关合同问题的传递者是conveyancer，我的理解对吗？

of course searches fee (around 300) is not included.

律师等你的Offer被Accepted在找也不迟。当Offer被Accepted之后，你必须要有个律师为你操办所有的法律相关事物，这包括任何的Searches，和银行的交易，一切的法律问题，建议，总之Offer被Accepted后，委任了律师你就等吧，你也没啥好干的啦，大部分的东西都由他们替你搞，就在家里等收信。
540的应该还没加VAT，这只是单单的律师费，加上其余的零零锁锁的一般都在1000镑左右，价钱不一这都得看你要他们做些什么。
我个人建议你还是找家Local的，不是很建议找网上的，这能方便当你遇到问题是，容易找到他们，催东西也方便。
个人还觉得没必要一定要找大律师行，大律师行事务繁忙，一个律师手下Handling很多客户，你得不到很高的Priority。
