Can some one tell me where can I get a list for individuals VAT rates?

As I've learned so far, VAT only have two rates, 0 and 17.5%. Those have 0 rate VAT are very special.

Hi, I know there are normally three types of VAT. one rate is 17.5% one is 0 rate, one is exempt. I do mean the list of 0 rate VAT and list of which one can be VAT exempted
