park home involves big maintainance fee comparing to the brick house, because it is built using flat pack plastic, not brick. It has no foundation. Also park home is normally lease hold which means you don't own the land the house builds on. That's why it is cheap. But for a start, why not?
the second link is a mid terrace home, which includes two floors. The downstairs is your living room and kitchen, the upper floor is your bedroom.

why not? When time comes to sell it you will find nobody wants to buy it. Don't buy this. It is not a real home. More like buying a tent over someone's back garden.
