看到一些关于 Weekend/Holiday Chalet 买卖，价格都很便宜，3万磅左右

但是不知道这种房子究竟是怎么用的？ 只能用来出租度假用吗？

不知道买了以后，跟一般的房子使用起来有什么区别呢，土地就是FREE USER了吗？


我之前度假的时候住过一个礼拜这样的房子，觉得很舒心。

有个邪恶的想法，买个这样的小房子，跟老婆住进去。比住租的房子合适多了，哈哈。如果可以的话……

很好的房子呀,傎得买,也不远,开车十几分钟就到城里了.

问题是不知道这个土地是不是FREE HOLDER的，

搞到最后花2万3买个房子壳，就郁闷了

也不知道这种度假屋是不是可以自己常年住的。已经订好过几天去看看房子了


我跟老婆一起住的房子现在是500磅一个月，因为她不能忍受跟别人同住，所以只能租到这么贵的。 我们还得在这里三年多，算下来就要18000。还不如在河边买个小屋自己住了，以后离开了还可以当度假小屋出租或者卖掉。

这句话也正是令我感到非常疑惑的。为什么我自己的房子，我只能一年用6个礼拜，30个周末呢？ 我怀疑这个是申请了HOLIDAY CHALET执照之后，一年的接客量不能超过这个数字。我看到好多欧洲的HOLIDAY CHALET，他们卖的时候都会说也适合COUPLE 一直居住在这里。

带着这些问题，后天去看看房子吧。如果真的合适的话，买下来好好装修一下，车库刷成白色，弄弄植被，前门稍微改一改，我觉得这个小屋子还是有救的。没那么UGLY

There are planning rules to regulate the usage of a building. This one has such term attached, hence the price. You think they won't come around to check? They definitely will. In the rule they have even specified you cant dodge it by sleeping in the boat or motor vehicle(car, caravan, bus...).
Personally I wouldn't bother to waste time to see the estate agent if looking for a house for regular use.
