Planning Application Service:

3. Generate CAD proposed drawings sets according to your design specification
The price is £500 pounds for the 3-stage service.

Building Control Service:
1. provide full existing dwelling survey
2. Generate CAD existing drawings sets (site plan/OSmap, floor plans, elevations and sections)
3. Generate CAD proposed drawings sets according to your design specification
4. With full details of design, construction details, and specification document.
The price is £700 pounds.

The drawing set is professional and detail enough for you to send to the council for Pre-planning advice, or household planning application, building control or for the contractors.
Other construction, project management services are negotiable in competitive price.
