学生找中介租房，一般CREDIT CHECK能通过吗？ 好像中介要收100多镑的手续费是不退的，我在英国几年没干过坏事，属于很平常的学生那种
如果可能性不大就不想浪费这100 多镑了
有谁有经验的介绍一下？ 银行账户要有多少钱才能通过啊？ 谢谢啦

I had the same situation when I changed from student status to work status, need to pay couple of months rent (normally 6 months but can be varied depends on your contract) in advance if you couldn't prove your future income despite how much $ in your bank account.
If you can pay $ in advance, there are no reason agent to decline your application as they can made $ from you --> your credit check can be easily passed (they only check your historical address / no convictions or liabilities)
Personally (I guess most ppl here have the same experience), I think renting a place from agent could dreadful / expensive !!! If you can get a place from university or college, or even from gumtree, DO NOT go for agents.

谢谢 但是GUMTREE 怕遇到不好的房东直接扣押金投诉没门，才想着找中介心里踏实些。。。。。。。。。
查credit需要的钱不同的中介会不一样，只是个籍口收钱罢了。还有的中介是要收CHECK IN FEE，还有的是ADMINSTRATION FEE。所以要问清楚第一次交费有哪些部分组成，各个部分的名目，哪些是一次性交费。
