我老公的公司只是个挂名公司,没有什么TRADING ,但是还要做company tax return for short term,上次忙,请一家会计做的,这次我想自已就安着上次那家会计公司做的表照猫画虎地给做了下,寄到COMPANY HOUSE , 结果今天收到信说不合格,不接受. 是这样说的:because of a problem with the accounts suplied .
refer to thenotes there are specific requriements relating to the accounts that you must supply to satisfy the notice. the accounts must meet the corporation tax Acts requirements and be those that company is <required by company law to prepare .. including a copy of the directors and auditors report similary required .
the accounts provided don't provide sufficient information as the abbreviated accounts that a small sized company is permitted to file with company house don't satisfy the HMRC requirement .
我交上去的有corporation tax computation;abbeviated unaudited accounts (company info+abbreviated balance sheet+notes to theabbreviated accounts)
因为要在一周内重新交上去,我对财务知识知道的很少,我老公他人也不在UK ,我在这里着急 也不知道那里有问题,请这里高手帮帮忙, 如果有同学热心帮忙看看那里出了问题,我可以把做的表发给你,也可以忙看看,有需要找工作同学可以把此当成工作经验写在CV上,把这个公司当作REFEREE .

谢谢大家了,今天终于把它完成了,事情没有希望时只能硬着头皮去做,希望这次不会出现什么问题了.把做好的表EMAIL给我老公看了,他说很好的.老天保佑这次通过,我就不会再受折磨了.不过真是学到不少东西.
You need to submit a full set of accounts to HMRC. Companies House can accept an abbreviated one, but not HMRC, because HMRC need to assess your Company Tax Returns based on your accounts.

thanks ,you are right, the letter they sent to me is said the document i supplied last time doesn't supply enough info as the abbreviated accounts .
they ask us to send one full accounts ,I have done this , I sent them: profit and loss ,balance sheet, notes to account and also director's report . but it should have one auditor report as a full account ,but as we are a small company ,so exemption of auditor . so I sent them full unauditor account . hope this time will be fine.
