i just wonder how much it would cost for the problem as below,

eason(s) for refusal to issue Certificate
Rear registration plate lamp not working (1.1.5c)
Offside stop lamp not working (1.3.2a)
Offside rear fog lamp not in good working order (not working) (1.1.6b)
Nearside windscreen wiper does not clear the windscreen effectively (8.2.2)
Offside windscreen wiper does not clear the windscreen effectively (8.2.2)
Offside track rod end ball joint has excessive play (2.2.B.1f)
Nearside Front tyre tread depth below requirements of 1.6mm (4.1.D.1)

如果电路没问题的话，前3项只是换几个灯泡，4和5项是换个雨刷，6项不太清楚好像老牛说过换个bush就ok，7项换轮胎
个人感觉找个小车场全包的话不到100镑应该可以的。
