条件：安全第一，最好比较稳定，因为本人还要在这里三年，不想经常搬家劳神。
在Worsley Building 附近更好。（如Kendal Lane，Kelso Gardens或St. John's Road等）
租金当然是在保证安全的前提下越便宜越好。
