Hi everybody,
First of ALL, i am a virgin to posting threads on forums.. dunno how it works (i just clicked "reply" on the lastest thread)...so pls forgive me if i have done something inappropriate to other authors.
Secondly, I am writing this to show how Amy/big4application's service had helped my 2008 job hunting and also taking this informal opportunity to say thanks to her.
NB: I am not writing this in sharing ALL my job hunting experience.
A timeline of my 1st hand experience of Amy's consultation service:
1. Recieved an invitation to KPMG London Audit 1st round competency interview
2. Googled KPMG interview preparation and found big4application's post
3. Emailed big4application@gmail.com and asked what her services are, rate, delivery method, etc
4. Deposited the money inoto big4application's account for a 2 hours advisory service
5. Recieved a list of KPMG competency questions and big4application's guidance on how to answer them
6. Wrote answers to the provided questions
7. Booked a time to recieve big4application's advisory service
8. She went through my answers to each interview question, gave me feedbacks on whether an exmaple was proper or not, how an example should be modified, for example, in order to show my time managment skill, i should firstly describe a situation i had many deadlines to be met, then focus on how i managed to meet all deadlines, what were the final results, true or not, must be GOOD.
9. Went to KPMG London office, 25 minutes late for the interview, unsuprisingly, rejected.
10. Went to SEO-London assessment day a week after KPMG interview, during the day there was a competency based interview, succeeded.
Now, I have Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Lehman Brother 2008 summer internship offers.
If i didn't get Amy's competency interview advices, i may not get anywhere near i am now. Having an external reviewer to criticize my work is good way to reflect myself. In short, what i think Amy's service did the best for me was a chance to mirror myself.
Thank you very much Amy. And good luck everybody.
Yours truly,
