最近想买车，看到一个：
1）车主的广告词：

All mechanical, suspension, direction elements are shared with the VW Polo, the dashboard and interior come from the Polo as well, the electrics come from the Golf GTI.
It is made by VW in Germany, even all parts are stamped VW/Audi. The only things different compared to VW Lupo are the front grill and headlights and the dashboard. The Arosa actually looks better and has more of a cult following than the Lupo.
2000 (W-reg)
only 12000 miles with full service history. I'm the 2nd owner. The first owner was a 85 years old professional lady who never used the car to the full potential, but she religiously serviced it as per manufacturers specifications. The car has just been serviced, had the oil and oil filter changed, also the twin air filters.
The car has all the manuals in the folder, the full logbook (V5) in my name
One year Road Tax and full year MOT. It passed it's last MOT with flying colours, NOTHING to advise.
Only group 2 insurance (out of 27)- very very cheap insurance, ideal for young drivers.
Very very frugal on petrol (multi point injection). It just goes and goes on vapours of petrol. EURO 4 standard for exhaust emissions.
Cheap tax.
Small on the outside, big on the inside. Wide doors ideal for disabled, elderly or just to make life easier when getting in/out, (un)loading. Rear seats individually split/fold/remove, giving huge loading space.
RDS stereo (tells you which station you're listening to).
Height adjustable seat, adjustable steering wheel, Power Steering, Power Brakes, ABS, list goes on and on.
It works perfectly, also even though it is only a 1 litre engine, it would put to shame more modern bigger engined cars, due to it being designed so wisely. It is made by VW after all.
5 speed manual, 100mph
This car in this condition, with this mileage (12k miles), with full service history like mine, is worth between £2900-£3500. First to see will buy.

I do no t really care what a website says about the value of my car and you know why? Because they average it. I know this car and I know it hasn't been clocked, I know the service history is real, I know how it drives, I know it inside out. I also know that what I said it is worth it is really worth that, because I see similar cars on ebay and gumtree all the time and I see what prices do they achieve. I just hate to pay ebay so much money for advertising it there. My own parents will buy it off me if I cannot sell it in the mean time. They live in Europe, in a LHD country, so I already bought them LHD headlights, roof bars, air filters, other consumables, a set of Mille Miglia alloys, etc. If the car doesn't sell by end of June, it goes there. I would prefer to sell it in UK, and buy them a LHD car, but if it doesn't happen, it will be their lucky car.
Since when is wisebuyers.co.uk the standard setting website for cars in UK? I could start my own website tommorow and undervalue people's cars and then buying them at knockout prices based on that. Nobody would know, would they?
I suggest looking on ebay or gumtree at cars of the SAME mileage and find more realistic pricing
