本人近期想在爱丁堡附近买房,但确实对买房一窍不通,有哪位近期在苏格兰买过房的朋友,能不能给点建议.谢谢!主要是应该有哪些注意事项,等等.
还有的就是现在该怎么样下OFFER呢?

1. decide what kind of house you want and review your financial situation
2. go to ESPC webpage for hosue search
3. go to see as many houses as possible and do market research
4. once you find one, go to a bank to check if you can get the mortgage
5. if yes, then go to see a solicitor and give an offer
6. if accepted then apply for the mortgage
7. the rest is the solicitor's work
