我去年12月通过网上代理注册了一个英国公司，因为注册英国公司很便宜。1月份他们寄来了要我填写CT41G的email，可是当时或许把它当垃圾邮件了，没去看，直到现在我才看到。信中说3个月以上没提交就要罚款了，而且罚得很厉害。我也只是注册了一下，还没开银行账户，现在我不想再把这家公司继续下去了，因为我实在没那么多钱可罚。可是背负罚款的公司是好像是不能撤销的。我真的必须交这笔罚款吗？如果我不理他们，他们会对我怎么样？我在中国。

By law you have to register with HMRC within 3 months since you start trading. But if your company has never been trading, you only need to fill in CT41G Dormant Company Insert. There is an option in the form saying that your company has never been active and you intend to strike it off. Normally that's fine.
