my bf's laptop make is packed bell. not sure what reason, hasnot got any operation system on it. one of my friend installed window by using his dell's laptop cd, however i only can use it for 1 month time. after, i ordered the original recovery disc from the company and tried to install. when i m doing it, the screen shows glue management check^ glue error 5
i tried to have a look their website, read some qustions and answer, guessed it is related with tatoos [no idea what it about], because other make's disc has been used on the laptop, so some parts may be erased, thats why shows glue errors.

im quite techinc blind, can anybody help please? what can i do to fix the problem. thanks
