保了， British Gas Homecare的， 一个月10几镑， 每年免费作serivce。

刚搬家的时候有个同事家里boiler坏了， 没保险， 说叫个engineer来看一看就是80-120镑， 忒贵了。

没有保，不过在考虑是否要保一下。。。

到提醒我了，搬家后把这个都给忙忘了。

I think you all are talking about the central heating servicing plans some energy suppliers are offering, which is different from strictly the home insurance. You can opt in to take this sort of servicing plan but cost-wise I don't think it would be cheap. It normally costs you around £10 monthly while a proper home insurance policy (building + content) plus home emergency cover would be around £20 monthly which covers far more than the boiler and/or central heating system. I know it's just so easy to take the servicing plan from your current supplier but pls also consider your home insurance which may already provides such cover.
