Hi. We've got a single room available in a flat in a new and safe development in Hulme called Loreto Place. The room comes with a semi-private bathroom (we've got en suite bedroom) and all bills except telephone are included (gas, electricity, water and broadband).

The other facilities include as follows:
Room amenities: Furnished, Private bath, Phone jack, Linen supplied, TV, DVD, Carpet, Closet, Computer desk, Cable jack, Private entrance, all the necessary kitchen instruments as rice cooker etc.
Home amenities: Alarm system, Washer/Dryer, Internet, Cable ready, Yard, Car park.

The flat is located in Chorlton Road, just 8 minutes walking from ASDA and it is only 5mins ride on the bus (250, 15 or 86, 85) to University.
The room will be available 04/06/08 to the end of August and it is up for short term accommodation recently.

Postgraduates male students are very much preferred. This is a quiet building. You should be very clean and non-smoker and easy to get along with.
