现在我正在一个家庭酒吧打工，平时工资倒是正常发放，也符合最低工资标准

但老板说只有在他这工作半年以上，才能享受holiday pay;

但我查询了www.direct.gov.uk， 上面说不管是part time 还是full time,不管工作了多久，都应该享受holiday pay.


这样的话，我应该向哪个部门投诉雇主的这种行为并拿回我的holiday pay呢

After worked 13 weeks, you will start to have one week holiday. Every 13 weeks work you have a week holiday, you can put them if you want to it. If you did not take your holiday by the end of the year, you can ask them to pay you that extra money. The hours depends on your contract hours or if you worked more, will calculate your average working hours. It does not matter full time or part time. If you did not take your holiday before you leave a company, you can ask them to give you the pay with your last wage.

LZ是FULL TIME还是PART TIME? 对PART TIME而言，HOLIDAY是按工作时间折算的，比如一周工作20小时，如果1 WEEK的HOLIDAY就只能PAY 20小时。

还有，LZ的问题是不能休HOLIDAY呢还是拿不到HOLIDAY PAY? 如果是前者，显然你的雇主不对，一般3，4个月后就可以休HOLIDAY. 但如果是后者，很不好说，每个雇主都有自己的COMPANY YEAR和休假政策，一般如果在当年内不休的假，如果公司允许你TAKE PAYMENT的话，在休假年度完后或者你离开时才会自动付给你工资。象有的公司，如果当年不休完（自愿）的话，还不能CARRY FORWARD和TAKE PAYMENT呢。

看看合同吧 一般holiday都是要休的 不休在一定时间内就作废了 很少有给付款的

我上班的地方是因为我要休的时间人家不给休，当然最后折现了。

That is not strictly true.

Contractors do not get holiday pay, or sick leave pay, etc etc ... ... full time or part time.

It all depends on your contract, in particular your holiday entitlement and the corresponding pay arrangements. If you don't have a contract, then you are f***ed either way.

我最近也遇到Holiday 的问题， 去年刚进公司的时候先做了7个月的contractor, 之后转成perm, HR给口头承诺的好好的， 说是因为是公司年度预算的问题， 所以我做Contractor那段时间的所有待遇和正式员工是一样的。 因为工作忙， 去年的那几个月我还真没时间休假（公司规定每年可以carry on 20 天的假期）。

正好这个月父母来英国以前去请假， 公司HR居然说contractor不享有paid holiday, 他也不记得我们有过关于holiday的谈话。

气死欧了， 去年那么10几天的假就这么没了。
