It would be difficult to get people give you their serious response to this question, because the answer has to be personal in nature. Perhaps you would share yours to take the lead?

I haven't got a clue how to answer such question, that's why it is on my list ' Difficult questions.'

我问了我家那位。他说如果拿同样的问题问他，他会回答：
1, I have married a Chinese wife. (他的解释是：不是每个人都可以找到一个中国太太结婚的，相比绝大多数的传统英国人来说，和一个亚洲女孩子结婚很unusal.)
2, sky diving.因为这个不是大多数人的爱好。

按照他的理解是：事情相对而言比较unsual 的，能够引起人注意的那种。而打高尔夫什么的体育运动或者喜欢烹饪什么的不是什么有意思的事情。

i think it is important that by 'most interesting' the question is not asking for what makes you unique, but what makes you 'interesting' - a subject that potentially trigger a good conversation with anybody.

It is an interview question, so better not refer to your personnel life. I think a better answer should be to do with the job itself. For instance, if it is a sales job, the answer can be something to do with sales.
Anyway, I found it is hard to answer.

The answer will always have a personal component to it.
