Has anybody taken SHL Numerical Test (Paper based version, 30 questions for 30 mins) in a job interview, please share your experience here. Many thanks.
I have been invited to sit SHL Numberical Test in Honda last year, the tests itself i didn't feel that difficult. The main stress were from the timing, which made me feel very nervous. I felt I can't concentrate myself fully on the test, the most answers i got were coming from my academic guess. Eventually, the result were not surprisely very bad. As i know lots of big companies do this type of test, wonder anyone have this experience. Please advise.

需要用正确的方法和材料每天高强度长时间地练习和总结，就能够“concentrate yourself fully on the test”，并提高准确率了。

用怎么样正确的方法和材料？ 我也是通过了simens的online application这关， 昨天刚刚做完simens 2008 graduate scheme的numerical and verbal testing。 感觉和lz一样很差,时间很紧， 前十多题可以保证正确率，后面的因为时间不够, 采取了中学时候老师教的选c和D的方法乱猜。

Numerical tests are never difficult - as you acknowledged.
So, why were you nervous? 1 minute per question sounds too short?
What you have to realise is that questions differ in complexity - some take 10 seconds, some may take over a minute. In addition you don't need to score a perfect 30 to pass the test.
Basically do some example test papers - take your time, and realise that you may only need about or just over 30 minutes to complete it. Good luck!
By the way, 每天高强度长时间地练习和总结 is a little over the top and in many cases non-effective.
