银行那里应该在一个月以内能下来，可是关键是在于递上去的那人。

Should be fairly quick after survey being done. The tricky bit is the processing of your application before survey which may take some time and more so if you apply through a broker.

想做BM SOLUTION. 不知道有没有人做过这个的.

May take some time if it's a self-cert mortgage. And it's hard to get one these days as lenders are extremely cautious and funding source is very tight. But good luck as I understand sometime self-cert is the only way to get a mortgage.
