COUNCIL TAX 这点事情, 其实自己动动脑筋, 拔个电话就可以了吧, 最直截了当的话, 问LANDLORD就行了. 一个FLAT最多几十镑一个月, 在BIRMINGHAM的话可能相对更低, 别人一整幢四个BEDROOM的房子也只是六十多镑. 其实你可以在签约时跟LANDLORD协商, 说不交也可以的, 只要他同意. 有些情况下是LANDLORD自己交COUNCIL TAX的.
