请问 这政策 近期有啥么变化趋势吗？

是整10年的时候才可以申请 还是可以提前？ 如果可以提前 一般啥么时候可以递表呀？
ps我之前离境累计不到6个月

You can only wait for 2 years and find out ... ... unless you are planning to leave the UK if you know you can't definitely get ILR after 10 years?

I'd advise you to do some research yourself.
