http://www.rightmove.co.uk/viewdetails-225...=4&tr_t=buy原来开价187,000, 现在Asking 价格降到179,995, 地点、前后花园特满意,就是不清楚应该给价多少,就怕给多了吃亏。因为在我们现在住的地方,同一幢楼同样的flat去年最高价时买了147,00,现在有另一个邻居Asking 价格169,990。有点搞不懂价格到底是跌了还是涨了,如果低了,大概跌多少。请各位高手指点,先谢了。
It doesn't seem to have HIP? If that's case then it means the house has already been on the market for at least 7 months (last December HIP for 2 bed and under comes into play). I personally would see that as a good sign for buyers as you normally can take advantage of seller's desperation and frustration (7 months cannot sell god would be mad). You can offer low, say 15% off if you don't want to upset seller, or lower and start from there. But also you have to make sure there is no major problem with the house because 7 months on the market is a very long time (in London standard but probably normal in other areas). You can ask estate agent or seller directly about whether there has been offers and if not why they think there wasn't.

don't be afraid to ask a low price
go for the price 14.7 or even lower??
they can only say no if they are not happy with your offer.
