前两天跟中介看了一个房子，挺满意的。据说是Repossession的。放了offer进去，中介告知已经有三个offer比我们给的高了。但是又说，不管怎样，还是替我们送进去。我们对这种房子的出售程序不是很清楚。坛子里有高手给指点一下吧。谢谢。

不是很清楚, 因为我也是offer还没接受. 听其它中介提了一下, 如果offer accepted, 银行要在local paper 上登报声明你们的offer是多少, 一星期后没有异议的然后会要求你四周内(好象是)exchange contract.

通常repossession的房子可以很便宜, 但是现在这种市场, 没必要bidding, unless the agent is playing games-个人意见

Some of them will put your offer on the paper for public for 1 week, some will do it until you exchanged which means it dose not matter what step you are and how much you already spend, at any time before you exchanged if some other buyer make a offer higher than you(need to be couple of thousands pounds more to change the seller's mind, depends on the area, normally £5000) you need to be careful about it.
