I bought my laptop last September, which is IBM T23.

The original operation system was win2k professional english version, but after using a project in class, I couldn't open the win2k any more. When I turned on the powen, only got a blue screen.

So my friend re-installed the system for me which is win2k professional chinese edition. This time the system was stable, but I got the blue screen again last Christmas time.

My friend re-installed the system again,still win2k.But only two days later, a window calls Windows File Protection appeared and said:

"File that required for Windows to run properly have been replaced by unrecognized version. To maintain system stability, Window must restore the original version of these files.
Insert your Window 2000 Professional Edition CD-ROM now."

When I insert the cd-rom, there were the same options as when new installing the system.
I've tried xiu1 fu4 an1 zhang1(can't remember the name clearly), the window disappeared, but turned up again several days later.
I also tried sheng1 ji2 dao4 win2k, the same codition as above.

Now my operation system is winxp home edition(english). The window of file protection appeared one month later after the installation. And the system became less and less stable, eg. some programs don't respond when running, the system turns off some programs itself(especially IE).


Could anyone help me to solve the problem?

3. 选择在C:上安装windows2000，按照M$提供的安装步骤进行。

4. windows安装完毕之后请安装驱动程序，你可以在IBM的官方站点找到相关的驱动程序

5. 在‘我的电脑’-‘属性’-‘高级’-‘虚拟内存管理’上取消掉C:上活动的虚拟内存文件，在D:上设置大小为物理内存2倍的虚拟内存。

6. 不要在C:分区安装任何软件或者游戏，你可以把所有的东西全部都安装在D:上。硬盘最后一个分区为你的备分区，你可以在这里存放C:的Ghost镜像，驱动程序等。不要安装太多不必要的软件，最大程度的减少程序冲突。尽量不要安装开机自动加载的软件，有些时候这些软件会导致系统不稳定。

So you meant the problem is not caused by any hardware(eg hard disc), and can be solved by re-installed the operation system and re-divided my hard disc?

使用恢复光盘应该可以保证修复系统,但代价太大.重新分区...那就是说你硬盘上的东西都没了!除非你备份了所有文件.否则不要使用恢复光盘.
建议高级格式化(打format c: /s)C盘,(当然先要备份C盘数据),这样一般就已经可以解决问题了.

you can check it now in your xp home edition, hopelly you can get a strong OS

其实我对电脑接近于白痴 所以大家说的虚拟内存什么的我就真的不懂了。

第一次出现蓝屏实在学校连了一次投影仪以后，后来只有重装系统。
第二次就是非常无缘无故的了，睡了一觉起来就开出来是蓝屏了，又是重装。
自从这次重装之后，就开始说什么“文件被替代成不可识别的版本”，后来又装了XP想看看可不可以解决，但结果还是一样。
帮我装的那个朋友总是说我的硬盘有问题，但也说不出所以然来。
我笔记本的问题会不会是由于安装不当造成的呢？

如果硬件上有问题那么通常一开始就会显现出来，而不是等用了一阵子后。软件上的问题比较复杂，越用越慢一般是由不断增长的碎片文件导致。驱动程序和其他的一些驻留内存的程序也会造成系统的不稳定。

You don't think you did it-有些软件(特别是微软的)安装后的配置会用到一些未安装的操作系统文件，计算机要求你放入windows2000光盘必然是缺少一些可能的配置文件。常见的有office xp安装后如果你需要加载什么功能有可能要放入操作系统光盘

2. have you checked the virus?
virus指计算机病毒。计算机病毒的破坏手段多种多样，通常有非常明显的症状(怪异的错误，例如弹出窗口说: you windows is now illed)。

3. how about the harddisk, scanned?
scan是扫描，从底层来讲，如果硬盘上有文件目录被损坏，windows会有修复的能力，你可以在附件里找到磁盘扫描工具。

更多的建议:
1. 确认驱动程序的匹配，并且正确安装。
2. 尽量试用英文操作系统和英文软件。
3. 在论坛中提问的时候尽量试用中文
4. 提问的时候不要简单的设定'救命啊!' '我的笔记本出毛病啦' 这样的主题，请尽量简短的概括问题症状。请参见提问的艺术

actually, it is quite difficultly to help you online, if your laptop on my lap, i think i may fix it (80% not very confident).

笔记本电脑和品牌的台式机所附带的操作系统大都只能用于自己的机器。同时，如果安装外来的操作系统的话，可能会造成系统的不稳定。从你最初的情况看，应该是显示设置的问题。笔记本电脑（或叫膝上电脑）的显示分辨率一般设置在1024X768。如果显示频率设置不对的话，则不能显示。另外，连接投影仪的时候，你的电脑会自动的设为双显示。我设想，是不是使用投影仪以后，你的电脑的主显示设置不当，从而造成电脑蓝屏。电脑死机也可以呈现蓝屏。
对你的建议：
1，备份重要文件以后，用购买电脑时所带的系统安装盘，进行系统重新安装。
2，检查电脑的显示设置，并设置到正确的数据。

，觉得不太妥当，所谓的不稳定主要是因为驱动的安装不正确。 笔记本的双屏显示应该是硬件级的控制，至少我还没听说过这样会出问题。
